Placing Orders For Goods
Your Information
When placing an Order, You may be required to provide information including Your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address and payment details.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information so that We can process and fulfil Your Order.
You confirm that You are authorised to use the payment method selected for Your purchase.

This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that Your Order has been accepted.

Prices & Payments
Prices
All prices displayed on Our Website are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect Orders already accepted by Us, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before You complete Your purchase.
Payments
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards and other supported online payment services.
All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the relevant payment provider.
If payment authorisation is unsuccessful, We may be unable to process Your Order.

Delivery
We deliver Goods in accordance with Our separate Delivery Policy.
Our Delivery Policy explains dispatch arrangements, estimated delivery times, delivery charges and any applicable destination restrictions.
We offer free standard UK delivery on Orders of £25 or more, subject to the terms of Our Delivery Policy.
For Orders under £25, the applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.
Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Your rights to cancel an Order, return Goods and receive a refund are explained in Our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
We offer a voluntary 30-day returns period for eligible Goods that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging, subject to the conditions in that Policy.
You may also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain sealed Goods may be excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights once their protective seal has been broken after delivery, where the legal exception applies.
Nothing in these Terms limits Your statutory rights where Goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer protection requirements.

Subscriptions
We offer Subscriptions for selected Goods, allowing customers to receive recurring deliveries at their chosen frequency.
Subscriptions are currently available for disposable incontinence bed pads.
Eligible Subscription Goods are offered with a 10% discount off their regular one-time purchase price.
Available delivery intervals are every 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks.
By purchasing a Subscription, You authorise recurring payments in accordance with Your selected delivery schedule.
Subscriptions continue until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time without a cancellation fee.
You may manage, pause or cancel Your Subscription through Your customer account or by contacting Us.
Our separate Subscription Policy explains recurring payments, price changes, deliveries, cancellations and other Subscription arrangements in greater detail.
Subscription Orders are also subject to Our Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
If there is any inconsistency between these general Terms and Our Subscription Policy concerning Subscription-specific arrangements, the Subscription Policy will apply, without limiting Your statutory rights.
Promotions
From time to time, We may offer Promotions, discount codes or other special offers.
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiry dates or restrictions on combining offers.
Where specific promotional terms apply, they will be made available alongside the relevant Promotion.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend Promotions where reasonably necessary, without affecting Orders already accepted under the applicable promotional terms.
User Accounts
If You create an Account on Our Website, You agree to provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login details and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.
