Your Order Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the Goods, subject to certain exceptions.
We also offer an extended 30-day voluntary returns period to give You extra peace of mind.
Under our voluntary returns policy, You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving Your Goods, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
To exercise Your right to cancel or request a return, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement.
You can contact Us by:
Email: help@pulp-incontinence.com
Website: https://www.pulp-incontinence.com/pages/contact
For statutory cancellations, You must notify Us within the applicable cancellation period and return the Goods within 14 days of notifying Us, unless We agree otherwise.
Nothing in our voluntary returns policy affects Your statutory cancellation rights or other consumer rights.
Conditions For Returns
To qualify for a return under our extended 30-day voluntary returns policy, the following conditions must be met:
- The return is requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the Goods.
- The Goods are unused and unopened.
- The Goods are in their original packaging.
- The Goods are not damaged by You.
- You can provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
The following Goods may be excluded from statutory cancellation rights where applicable under consumer law:
- Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain incontinence products cannot be returned once their protective seal has been broken, unless the Goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. This restriction applies only where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to refuse returns under our voluntary 30-day policy where the applicable conditions are not met.
These conditions do not restrict statutory cancellation rights where an exception does not apply, or Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed Goods.

For statutory cancellations, You must return the Goods within 14 days of informing Us of Your decision to cancel, unless We agree otherwise.
If Goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, please contact Us before returning them so that We can arrange an appropriate resolution. Refunds
Where You exercise Your statutory right to cancel, We will reimburse the payments due to You, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where applicable.
If You selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, We are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned Goods or receiving evidence that You have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
For returns accepted solely under our extended 30-day voluntary returns policy, We will refund the purchase price of the returned Goods within 14 days of receiving and accepting the return. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original Order, unless You expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
Where permitted by law, We may make a deduction from a statutory cancellation refund if the Goods have diminished in value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Goods
If You receive Goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, please contact Us as soon as reasonably possible.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Depending on the circumstances, You may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other statutory remedy.
Where Goods do not conform to the contract, We will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
The 30-day voluntary return conditions, including the requirement for Goods to be unopened and unused, do not restrict Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed Goods.
