Setting up a subscription is easy. On selected product pages, select the Subscribe & Save option, choose your preferred delivery frequency—whether monthly, every two months, or another period—and pick the quantity you’d like. Complete checkout as usual, and your subscription will be created.
From then on, your chosen products will be automatically ordered, dispatched, and delivered based on the schedule you selected. There is no fee to set up a subscription. Instead, every repeat delivery receives a certain discount. Subscriptions are available only to those customers with accounts, as the system requires securely saved order details, delivery information, and payment methods.
Creating an account is quick and simple and can be completed in just a few steps. Subscribe & Save is currently offered on all disposable bed pads available from Pulp. Customers ordering more than 200 disposable bed pads per repeat order will be asked to complete a VAT relief eligibility form to confirm whether they qualify for VAT-free purchasing.
Payment for subscription orders is handled seamlessly. When you sign up, your payment details are securely stored and automatically charged on each delivery date. You’ll also receive an email notification a few days before each upcoming order as a reminder. If you need to cancel or adjust your subscription, be sure to do so at least 24 hours prior to the order date to avoid being charged.
Subscribers have full control over their recurring orders. Subscriptions can be cancelled, paused, or updated at any time through the account area. Any changes should be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled order date, as charges are processed automatically once the order is placed.
Subscriptions continue indefinitely until you choose to cancel, and Pulp will keep you informed with regular updates about your upcoming deliveries. After your initial order, each subsequent delivery will follow the frequency you selected—for example, monthly orders will continue to arrive once a month until your subscription settings are changed.
